This Journal is the culmination of a years-long process of finding and connecting with the purpose of sharing everything that has helped my self-growth journey, one that has impacted and been impacted by others as well, people from all walks of life.

A truly loving, strong and resilient community we’ve formed in this beautifully complex process.

A process that has taken and still is taking a lot of inspiration,  healing, self-reflection and the self-awareness to not only understand the lessons life throws at you at every turn but also the necessary actions to make real changes in mindset, soul and life.

The Journal will be the window to all my innermost thoughts and feelings, as well as the lenses with which you will find new ways to see, embrace and live life truthfully and to the fullest.

It has been a wild ride for me and everyone behind me and it will be for you too.
